Watch out! Thieves about.
A lot has been happening this week. A person or persons unknown walked into a store on Market Place, found keys to the safe and took monies. What is believed to be the same offenders then took a purse from a lady outside the store. The purse thieves were thought to be a male and female, the female wearing a distinctive patterned grey and black knitted dress.
Also two males and two females with eastern European accents are believed responsible for another purse theft and immediate use of credit card to obtain cash and goods.
Please be vigilant and watch out for the opportunists, keeping purses out of sight.
