URGENT: Be on the lookout for a con man, aged late fifties about 5’ 10” tall, well built. His MO is to enter shops, pick up an item and then ask for a refund. If asked for name and address, he gives an address in Peterborough, 130 Lincoln Road, but the address is an Hotel and the person is not resident there. Ron.
