BID buggy eats into business waste!
The trade waste removal and recycling scheme is the headline success story of the BID’s ‘Clean and Gleam’ commitment. By the time this newsletter is printed, the Rangers, in our new NFU-sponsored electric waste buggy, will have collected almost 30 tonnes of recycling in over 900 individual pickups.
So successful has this initiative been that several businesses have already been able to dispense with their usual ‘paid-for’ service and rely solely on the BID collections. This service is a huge bonus for BID levy payers – some of us saving more than we’re paying in levy ... on this service alone!
